Appropriate disability access advice is normally based on site inspections and/or desktop accessibility audits.

Comprehensive disability access reports are tailored to suit individual client needs. This could be, for example, by prioritising matters requiring attention based on effective risk management principles, cost, pending legislation, topographical constraints, or a weighted range of these and similar considerations, the inclusion of photographs, tables and schematics, and so on. Verbal advice is offered, where appropriate.

Design solutions in conjunction with clients can also be put forward for consideration.

Basic advice is available free of charge at initial contact, and to existing customers.

The fee structure is uncomplicated and inclusive of all outgoings. Firm quotations, based on advice received, are offered prior to engagement.
